With more than 25 years experience in a global company comprised of more than 236,000 employees, I continue to find new approaches to engage leaders at all levels. From managing distribution centers to partnering with heads of organizations as a human resources professional, I coach executives and professionals to find the optimal versions of themselves in an increasingly competitive industry.

When I am not working, I am spending time with my family. We are explorers at heart. Always traveling to destinations unknown in search of new and exciting experiences. Sometimes this just means jumping in our RV with our two dogs and heading to a nearby campground.

I am a self proclaimed perfectionist who tries to control every aspect of my life. I have only recently learned that nothing is perfect, and control is all an illusion. Only by letting go of control have I found true happiness and success.

My true passion has always been in supporting others, and that is still what drives me today. I partner particularly well with people who are extremely driven and always exploring new ways to grow and thrive.
